Kimberly Sharp is the founder of OakRoot Human Experience (HX), a human-centered transformation practice shaped by more than 25 years of corporate leadership and consulting experience, including over a decade guiding leaders and organizations through change.
As a former Chief People Officer and Managing Partner, Kimberly has led enterprise transformation, organizational growth, leadership development, and culture. Today, as a mentor-coach, facilitator, speaker, and fractional C-suite leader, she brings that experience to individuals and organizations navigating technology disruption, leadership transitions, and the human challenges of change.
Her work spans boardrooms and personal breakthroughs, grounded in the belief that meaningful growth begins with understanding ourselves, deepens through our relationships, and lasts when we build what holds.
Beyond her professional work, Kimberly founded The Hive NOLA, a community of more than 500 women centered on personal growth, connection, and belonging. New Orleans is home, and its people, music, traditions, and live oaks continue to inspire her approach to resilience, community, and transformation.
